SF-424 Version 10.10

On May 11, 2026, the eResearch Proposal Management system (eRPM) SF424 (Grants.gov) application was updated to version 10.10 & 10.10.1, and include the following changes:

  • Added support for new forms and updates to existing forms
    • Department of Transportation - Federal Railroad Administration (FRA)
      • FRA F 30 V1.0
      • FRA F 251 Applicant Financial Capability Questionnaire V1.0
    • Department of Education (ED)
      • Budget Information Non-Construction Programs (ED-524) V1.5
      • Supplemental Information V4.1
    • Updated form name in Assurances for Construction Programs (SF-424D) V1.1
    • Updated smartform and view display names for the "Budget Information for Construction Programs (SF-424C) V2.0" form to match the Grants.gov display name.
       
  • Alignment with Grants.gov’s format change to the Assistance Listing Number (formerly called CFDA number) allowing for alphanumeric characters instead of only numbers.
     
  • Refining of validation messaging around use of the Common Forms generated by SciENcv for Biosketches.
    Per NIH’s most recent notice NOT-OD-26-079 (Upcoming System Enforcement of Common Forms and End of NIH’s Leniency Period), use of common forms are now required (see more in the April RAP). Warnings like the attachment shown below will follow the change to the guidelines and display as errors.
