Information and Technology Services (formerly ITCS, ITSS and MAIS) was formed in 2009 to create a shared, cost-efficient IT infrastructure. We provide technology and communications services that support the academic and research needs of the Ann Arbor campus. We also run the administrative computer systems and execute the IT security strategy for our three regional campuses (Ann Arbor, Flint and Dearborn), as well as the health system. Our mission is to deliver efficient and adaptable technologies that differentiate U-M from our peer institutions.
