Key Reminders for ULs:
· Offboarding Checklist: Ensure this checklist is in place and consistently followed when an employee leaves.
· Monthly Reviews: Promptly remove access for individuals no longer in your unit, and adjust access for those starting new roles.
· Bi-Annual Review: Thoroughly review the Access Validation Report and address any discrepancies in access.
As a reminder, you will be expected to use this new report as a core part of your responsibilities as a Unit Liaison.
