Aubrey Morse is the operations manager at Advanced Research Computing (ARC), within Information and Technology Services (ITS).
She leads the ARC help desk and is responsible for streamlining operations and implementing strategic process improvements to enhance the user experience for the research community. As a Certified Change and Project Management Professional, Aubrey specializes in the intersection of people and technology, focusing on the cultural and organizational shifts required for successful technical implementations.
Before joining ARC, Aubrey began her career at the University of Michigan in 2017 within Michigan Medicine (HITS), where she worked to translate technology for staff and faculty success. Most recently, she served in University Human Resources (UHR) focusing on Learning and Talent Management systems to improve how staff grow professionally within the university. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Biology from Eastern Michigan University.
Aubrey enjoys running, golf, and spending time with her family, friends, and her Siberian Husky, Roshe.
