The M-Inform update, effective July 21, 2025 to Version 10.1 includes minor changes and bug fixes.

Disclosure Form

Added the language, "your participation in" to the consulting and advising questions and error validation message for clarification:

• Revised Question: "*Does this advising activity involve your participation in the design, conduct, or reporting of research?"
• Revised Question: "*Does this consulting activity involve your participation in the design, conduct, or reporting of research?"

Management Plans

Revised the OVPR Management Plan templates per COI Staff requested changes.
