Email & Text Updates
- A new email notification for Veterans Affairs Medical Center (VAMC) V2 protocols has been added to remind researchers that a VA ACORP update may be required when an Amendment is submitted.
- On the IACUC Inspection Findings Summary email, the “Action Item #” (with a link to the Action Item in eRAM) and the ”Deadline” date have been re-added to the summary table.
- As part of an ongoing terminology update, applicable Custom Search Reports and lister references have been updated to replace "RCA" with "QA" (Quality Assurance).
ATR/EMR
Validation was added to prevent inactive barcodes from being selected when creating Animal Treatment Reports and Intake Forms.
Veterinary Verification and Consultation Request (VVC)
VVC notifications have been updated to be sent to the QA Security role from the assigned QA.
Service Charges (ULAM)
- A “Service Charge Note” column was added to the ULAM Service Charge Processing workspace listers so users can view the charge notes directly from the workspace.
- A new “Quick Change Ready to Bill to Yes” activity has been added to the My Activities menu in the ULAM Service Charge Processing workspace. This enhancement allows authorized ULAM Accounting and Reviewer/Approver users to move service charges directly to Ready to Bill without opening an additional confirmation window, streamlining the service charge processing workflow.
- Service Charge permissions have been updated to allow users with ULAM Charge Entry, Charge Reviewer, and Charge Approver roles to access and execute the “Copy Partial Service Charge” and “Copy Full Service Charge” activities.
